We are now offering an intake manifold flange for the 2nd gen Suzuki G10 3 cylinder engine (1989-2001) commonly found in the Geo Metro. These are made from 1/2" 6061 Aluminum. These are the perfect solution for a custom intake manifold! The ports are undersized and will require port matching to your head. We have discovered the intake ports in these heads are not consistent. Out of the 4 we have on hand none of the ports matched! The solution for a one size fits all was to simply make the ports in the flange smaller and port to match. We suggest bolting the flange to the head, and use a small hose removal tool (a pick with a U shape at the end) to scribe the port on the inside.
You can build an all Aluminum intake manifold with tuned runners, setup for NA, Boosted, ITBs etc. Another option is 3d printed parts to bolt onto this (as pictured in the listing). The advange of using this with 3d printed parts over a full 3d printed intake/flange is that you have an aluminum flange to hold the water back and have the option to tap into it with a fitting. We do not offer 3d printed parts for this as of now.
