Smith Innovations is now offering a 1/2" laser cut header flange for the Suzuki g13b DOHC engines. These are in mild steel, ports are 1-3/8". The EGR port is not cut and will need to be drilled out for emissions reasons.
Due to the nature of mild steel, some of these might have mild surface rust. These are not deburred to help keep costs down. They are cut in A36 steel and the mill scale has been removed for ease of welding.
