Smith Innovations Is now offering header flanges for the first generation Suzuki G10 engine (1984-1988). These are laser cut from 1/2" mild steel, and then milled to clear the rivet in the gasket. These were resurfaced by the laser cutter on one side (as pictured). The egr port has not been drilled out, and needs to be drilled for emissions reasons. The exhaust ports are gasket matched.
NOTE: WE ARE NO LONGER MILLING THESE FOR THE RIVET CLEARANCE. IF YOU NEED IT MILLED, PLEASE CONTACT US. YOU WILL RECIEVE A SIMPLE LASER CUT PIECE THAT FLAT ON BOTH SIDES AND NO RELIEVE CUTS.
These are designed for the NA model, Turbo model has slightly wider ports so you will need to port this if you want to make it fit the turbo model. Gaskets are nolonger available for the turbo model, and the heads are almost impossible to come by, so making turbo specific flanges are almost impossible at this time.
Felpro MS93268 exhaust gasket is recommended, others may work but you need to watch out for the extra rivets some brands use.
Due to the nature of mild steel, these may have slight surface rust.
