Smith Innovations 1/2" header flange for the Toyota 3fe inline 6 engine. These are laser cut in mild steel with the mill scale removed to help ease the prep for welding. Each set includes a total of 4 flanges, 2 of each. Due to the complexity of this particular flange it will most likely require some trimming/grinding on the outside by the bolt holes to match up with the factory intake manifold, we did not have an intake for testing during the design. The intake shares bolts with the exhaust in some spots. There are 4 exhaust ports just like oem. The head has 6 Exhaust ports, 2 ports will be shared. The gasket is designed that way so even if the flange had divided 6 ports it would not seal 6 ports unless you ran RTV to seal it all up. That is the reasoning behind this design and done per customer request.
Also available in stainless steel and various thickness if desired.
